The Suunto MCA Mirror Compass is a durable, reliable, high quality Navigational Aid, which performs flawlessly in even the most demanding of conditions.

The MCA-SH is ideal for surveyors, rescue patrols, and any hiker who appreciates accurate, reliable measurements.

The mirror lid locks open at various angles (60 degrees, 120 degrees, and 180 degrees) and remains securely shut when the lid is closed. A sighting notch provides optimal accuracy. The large mirror shows the whole compass capsule as well as the sighting line.

The Suunto MCA-SH Sighting Compass features a high-quality mirror and a large liquid filled Capsule which steadies the tungsten steel needle quickly, sapphire jeweled bearing pivot and fixed Declination Correction Scale which allows the user to account for the difference between magnetic and true North.

Mirror Compasses allow you to view the compass dial and background at the same time.

Another convenient feature is the serrated Bezel Ring, which is easy to turn even in cold conditions while wearing gloves.
