Knife Combo Description:

Not many knife manufacturers offer a Boning Knife but this knife will definitely help you when de-boning those hindquarters and front shoulders.

The knife was named after the hawk-like bird named "Jaeger" that nests near the Alaska hunting and fishing lodges and is incredibly sleek and streamlined - just like our knife.

Designed as a premier Boning and Caping knife, it is lightweight and easy to carry but incredibly versatile and strong, with a 9.7 cm long and 2.2 mm thick blade.

The non-slip ridges on the back of the blade will give you a comfortable platform on which to place either your forefinger or thumb. The individual finger grooves and deep front choil provide a comfortable and positive grip.

The Cub Bear Caping Knife is a quality Skinning or Caping Knife with a 6.1 cm long blade. It is lightweight and designed for fine detail skinning or caping work.

Both knives come with a Suregrip handle made out of Santoprene and a Hunter’s Non-Glare Matte Finish.

The double-sided Diamond Sharpening Steel is coated with a coarser 325 Grit for quick results on one side while the second side is a fine 600 Grit for finishing the Blade back to a Razor Edge.

The Combo stores in a Combo Sheath manufactured out of top quality brown Leather - 100% US Split Grain Cow Hide.
