The Wusthof Classic 20 cm Chef's Knife is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in its ability to aid in a variety of tasks in the kitchen from cubing to cutting, slicing and chopping.

Wusthof Classic knives are forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Stainless Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Comfortable to hold, and skillfully honed by hand, the blades are incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.

The 23 cm Steel Sharpening Rod restores sharpness to knives in just seconds. The Ice-hardened Stainless Steel Rod grinds as well as hones knives to optimum sharpness.

Magnetic to gather small particles removed from knife blade. The Molded Handle offers easy-grip comfort.
