Knife Description:

Victorinox’s Black Fibrox® small Skinning and Utility Knife features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest skinning and de-boning jobs will be handled easily.

The Victorinox Skinning and Utility Knife comes with a 10 cm straight High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention.

The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power.

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.

The knife comes with a Blade Guard which is designed to keep knife blades safe and clean and protect the user from accidents when reaching for a knife. Its locking Rubber Tabs hold the knife securely in the blade guard.

The Blade Guard is made out of durable Polypropylene (PP) is dishwasher safe.

All black Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife, and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
