The Al Mar S.E.R.E. 2000™ is world renown as one of the strongest tactical folders in existence.

Originally designed by Al Mar and Colonel Nick Rowe in the early 1980’s for the U.S. Army’s SERE school, today’s updated models are stronger, lighter and the most precision versions we’ve ever made.

The flagship of the AMK line, the S.E.R.E. has been updated for the new millennium.

This modern, smaller version of the original Sere introduced in 1985; the Mini Sere 2000 is built to the same uncompromising standards as the full size version
It has a 8 cm blade of VG-10 at 59-60 RCH and textured G-10 handle scales over stainless liners. The Mini Sere 2000 has a Satin Finish.

Weighing only 102.9 grams including the reversible black stainless steel clip, it weighs only half what the original did.

The Al Mar Mini SERE folder features an opening stud on each side of the blade so that it can easily be opened with either hand and a walker-lock locking system.
