The Wusthof Gourmet Kitchen Fork, Model 4400/16 can be used as a carving or serving fork and you´ll have a good hold on most anything as you thus can easily hold the roast whilst cutting it.

The Wüsthof Gourmet straight meat fork is indispensable in each kitchen. Use the tines to test if food is ready.

Every Wusthof Gourmet knife or fork is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, the blade is incredibly sharp and is easily re-sharpened.

Each Wusthof knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The knives are dishwasher safe.
