It features a high tech handle which is ergonomic and is of a dual density design to promote a sure grip in a wide range of weather conditions such as extreme cold or wet situations.

The one-hand serrated locking blade allows for fast and easy opening. The bottle opener and can opener allow one to eat a meal anywhere. The Phillips screwdriver, small screwdriver on the can opener tip and the large locking screwdriver on the tip of the bottle opener all allow for quick fixes of equipment in the field. The wire stripper, reamer, key ring and wood saw are other useful features that were deemed necessary by the military.
