The knife was named after the hawk-like bird named "Jaeger" that nests near the Alaska hunting and fishing lodges and is incredibly sleek and streamlined - just like our knife.
Designed as a premier boning and caping knife, this is lightweight and easy to carry but incredibly versatile and strong, with a 2.2 mm thick blade.

The non-slip ridges on the back of the blade will give you a comfortable platform on which to place either your forefinger or thumb. The individual finger grooves and deep front choil provide a comfortable and positive grip.
