Each Grand Maitre Chef’s Cutlery Blade is forged in the heartland of Solingen, Germany and finished in Switzerland, where they are polished and ground to produce a world renowned edge.
 
The 15 cm Carving Fork (7.233.15G) features a first class POM Thermoplastic Handle with a single piece, full tang construction that is triple riveted for maximum durability.
 
This handforged Victorinox Carving Fork is an elegant choice for carving meat and poultry at the table—and a fine piece for rounding out your Victorinox Cutlery Collection. Its Stainless-steel Tines hold meat in place for steady carving and slicing.
 
The High-Carbon Stainless-Steel Blade is ice tempered to sustain its sharpness longer and hot dropped for superior elasticity and strength.
 
Note: The Grand Maitre Forged Cutlery is Dishwasher Safe, but if you want to give it the best care and attention, it is best to clean them immediately after use with warm water, a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
