A Professional Sharpening Steel with a round section Blade in High Carbon Chrome Vanadium Steel, hardened to 64° Rockwell C and Hard Chrome plated.
 
The Sharpening Rod features our Fine Cut (#3). Meets the specific requirements of different food processing professionals.  
 
This Steel is fitted with a sterilisable, non-absorbent Polypropylene Handle with a 3.5 cm square guard and Stainless Steel Hanging Ring.
