Top Gear is proud to offer this member of Fallkniven's SK Series. The SK18 Erna is a mobile Chef's Knife that's lightweight with a comfortable grip.

This fantastic 7" long Blade is made from laminated Cobalt-special Steel Steel (lam. CoS) which ensures a durable Edge and improved Edge Retention.
 
The Handles are crafted from Carelian Curly Birch which is durable as well as comfortable in the hand. Always clean the knife in hot soapy water with a clean cloth.
 
The SK18 Knife comes with a brown Fallkniven Leather Sheath (Saya) and a Leather Zipper Pouch.
