The Dragon Storm Curved Boning/Fillet Knife follows the Japanese Gokujo design style to skin or filet fish and poultry. Due to the gracefully curved-edge blade, it also works on cutting a mango.
 
The ultra-precise cutting edge holds its sharpness longer than other brands, and the full tang construction and angled bolster offer superior comfort and dexterity during use.
 
The 14 cm blade is made from Apogee's acid-etched American BD1N stainless steel and is sharp and durable. Reminiscent of traditional Samurai Swords, allows you to separate meat from bone using one precise cut, and the knife's optimal control and maneuverability ensure maximum yield.
 
The durable black G10 Handle resists moisture and sits comfortably in the hand. They are grippy even when wet and thanks to the centre rivet design, gorgeous to look at.
