Sharpener Description:

Dull knives aren’t safe or any good at doing their job. Any tool that makes knife sharpening easy is a must-have item for the shop, kitchen and toolbox.
 
The AccuSharp Diamond PRO 2-Step Knife Sharpener is a small, hexagonal disc which is easy to use. It features pre-angled coarse diamond and fine ceramic rods to sharpen, restore, and then polish a blade’s edge.
 
One of our newest "award winning" designs, the diamond rods are aggressive enough to sharpen all types of steel. The flip side consists of two ceramic rods used to finish and polish the edge for a smooth, sharp finish.
 
The Diamond PRO 2-Step exterior is made of brushed Aluminium and finished with a rubber molded grip and rubber feet for safety. The unit has a lanyard hole which allows for easy attachment to a cord or string.
 
The knife is first drawn over the coarse diamond rods to create the edge and then over the fine rods to polish the edge.
 
The tool is so efficient it only takes three or four strokes on each set of rods. We’ve seen a fair number of similar designs, but this is by far our favourite, not only because it does a great job, but also because of the non-slip grips and base which greatly increase the safety factor.
