Designed and built exclusively for the tough day-to-day demands of the Commercial Kitchen or enthusiastic Hobby Cook, the Wusthof PRO series offers Professional or Home Chefs the same robust ergonomic handle that is comfortably curved to prevent hand fatigue with quick, repetitive cutting. Designed exclusively for professional chefs and the rigorous demands of the commercial kitchen.
 
The Wusthof Pro Boning Knife comes with a 16 cm Blade manufactured out of X50 Cr Mo 15 Stainless Steel; very sharp with outstanding Edge Retention.. It has a flexible blade with a slim, straight fine Cutting Edge. The Boner is best suited for cutting meat off the bone or de-boning hams and shoulders.
 
The unique, blade design is functional in either a Kitchen or Outdoors in a Fishing and Hunting setting.
 
The new Wusthof PEtec Edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
 
The Boning Knife comes with a black ABS Polymer Handle made of slip-resistant for a seamless and hygienic fit and reliability. The large Finger Guard prevents the hand from slipping onto the Blade. NSF approved.
 
Wusthof is the official knife of the German and Japanese National Culinary Teams.
