About Victory Knives:
E. Goddard Limited have a proud heritage stretching from 1927 until today. Edward Goddard, a master cutler from Sheffield, England, emigrated to New Zealand and began designing and manufacturing knives in 1927. The company has grown steadily during its history.
E. Goddard was a major supplier of combat knives for the U.S. Army in World War II. All major meat and fish processing companies in New Zealand and Australia currently use Victory Knives.
E. Goddard continues to thrive today by maintaining the highest standards in manufacture and materials, building its reputation for unsurpassed quality.
Knife Description:
Victory knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of imported German German X46Cr13 no-stain High Carbon Stainless Steel.
The 11 cm serrated Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground and has a Hardness is 54-56 HRC on the Rockwell Scale. It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved edge retention.
Used world-wide for commercial divers, riggers, the oil industry, sat divers and all Industrial Diving Applications. Also used as a Navy and Rescue Knife.
Victory Professional Diving Knives are the preferred knife used by commercial divers. A premium quality range of knives for the commercial diver. The superior steel quality limits corrosion.
The knife comes with a classic Victory Knives Handle with Finger Guard made out of Polypropylene (PP) for added Safety.
All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.
Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
