Knife Description:
Victory Knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand.
The 13 cm Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground out of imported German 1.4034 no-stain Stainless Steel. It has a Rockwell Hardness of 54-56 HRC and its benefits are a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved edge Retention.
The Blade is flat ground and has a Rockwell Hardness is 54-56 HRC after a fast oil quench, then an overnight -78C sub-zero quench and a double temper after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved Edge Retention.
The Victory Boner comes with a classic Victory Polypropylene Handle (PP) and Finger Guard made for added Safety which has proven robust and practical.
All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.
