Knife Description:
Already established as outdoor and specialty knife specialists, Wenger, now Victorinox, introduced a new line of professional knives with Swibo.
Designed to perform up to the standards of professional butchers, Swibo Blades are made from a Victorinox custom blended high-grade stainless steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
With sanitation in mind, the Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
The non-porous Blade and non-slip Grip Handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow in colour with an ergonomic in shape.
With Swibo, Victorinox perfected the functional, durable, food-safe blade for all meat fabrication including deboning, skinning, filleting, and slicing, and other cutting tasks. Swibo Knives are dishwasher safe.
The Swibo Curved Fish Fillet Knife comes with a 20 cm semi-flexible High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade providing maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention and will fillet any small or medium sized fish in a snap.
