Already established as outdoor and specialty knife specialists, Wenger, now Victorinox, introduced a new line of professional knives with Swibo.
 
Designed to perform up to the standards of professional butchers and fishermen, Swibo Blades are made from a Victorinox custom blended  high-grade stainless steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
 
With sanitation in mind, the Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
 
The non-porous Blade and non-slip Grip Handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow in color with an ergonomic in shape.
 
With Swibo, Victorinox perfected the functional, durable, food-safe blade for all meat and fish fabrication including deboning, skinning, filleting, and slicing, and other cutting tasks. Swibo Knives are dishwasher safe.
 
The Swibo narrow Fish Fillet Knife with Scaler comes with a 15 cm flexible High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade providing maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention and will fillet any small or medium sized fish in a snap.
 
All Victorinox Swibo® Knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
