The Victorinox  Salmon Slicer comes with a 30 cm Hollow Edge High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention.

The Salmon Slicing Knife is the ultimate specialty knife designed solely for the paper-thin slicing of delicate cut of fish like Salmon or Sashimi.

The Salmon Slicer has a hollow edge which creates pockets of air which prevent extra thin or soft fish or meat slices from sticking to the blade.

The Victorinox Fibrox Salmon Slicing knife has the perfect shape and balance for safe and effortless cutting.

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured Polyamide and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.

All black Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
