Knife Description:

Combined with a sharp, narrow, flexible, curved blade that measures 12 cm in length, each knife has an ergonomically shaped and non-slip two-component Handle so that cutting without resistance and separating meat from the bone becomes a simple, swift task.
 
Victorinox knives feature a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily. The High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention with its conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.
 
The Handle is sterilisable up to 150°C.
