Knife Description:
The Maserin Steak Knives have a traditional Italian design. Although Maserin Company always strives to progress and modern technologies, the design of Steak Knife 2031 is elegant, classic and simple. They are designed for all who want to eat steak with a style and do not want to leave the choice for the knife to the chance.
The most important part of a knife of course is the Blade and Maserin makes some excellent ones. The German 420 Series Stainless Steel hardened up surface hardness of 56 HRC on the Rockwell Scale is thin, sharp, and flat ground to give you the best possible slicing ability. The blade thin and very sharp blade is perfect for slicing the steak without spilling and splashing of delicious steak juice.
Don't expect to be able to chop like a cleaver with these. They're extremely lightweight which would make them excellent travelling or secondary knives.
The orange Poplar Wood Handle with Stainless Steel Rivets provides a good grip. We suggest you keep these out of the dishwasher. These Steak Knives come in at a great price point and provide a ton of slicing power.
All Maserin Knives are made in Italy’s Cutlery City Maniago.
