The Old Bear Folding Knife by Antonini features handmade Craftsmanship and an innovative Design.
 
Unpretentious, lightweight classic, designed to smoothly slice Biltong and be easily concealed as an everyday carry knife. Also a unique, gift for collectors, hunters, outdoorsmen and popular as corporate gifts.

Handmade craftsmanship, hand-sharpened on stone by skilled artisan producing a wicked edge, and securely locks in place with Old Bear's patented No-Return safety ring, which slides to lock the blade in the open or closed position, smoothly and engages firmly.

This series is characterized by simple and ergonomic shapes, handmade Italian craftsmanship, direct from the workshops in Maniago Italy, with the company founded in 1925, continuing traditional production techniques with a high degree of experienced manual skill.
 
The Biltong Knife is equipped with a Walnut Wood Handle and a 7cm Sheepsfoot Blade manufactured from 420 Stainless Steel. The hand-sharpened Blade has a flat grind and a plain edge. It comes with a salt-edged Old Bear Logo on the Blade.
