Set Description:
Top Quality Carving Knife Set of Woodcarving Tools with a handy tool roll.
The knives are made with edge-holding High Carbon Steel for smoother cutting.
The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
Each knife is constructed with an Ash handle and a high carbon steel blade.
The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.
Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go.
KN 12 Cutting Knife:
The 29 mm Cutting Knife is a General Purpose Carving Knife. Its more rounded point is very durable. Great beginners knife.
KN 13 Detail Knife:
The Detail Knife has a very fine point for making the very narrow cuts associated with detailing. Its straight 38 mm blade can accommodate larger stock removal if needed.
KN18 Pelican Knife:
The Pelican Knife has a curved 41 mm blade that offers a clean slicing action similar to a skew. The point is narrowed for a tight turning radius while still being durable. It cuts very well in hollow areas.
KN19 Mini-Pelican Knife:
Our Mini-Pelican Knife offers the same features as its larger brother (KN18) but with a 22 mm ultra-thin blade for the lowest resistance when fine cutting is required.
The smaller handle is faceted with multiple control points to allow them to be held in a variety of comfortable positions.
