The Smith & Wesson SWBAT21H Heat Treated Collapsible 21" (53 cm) baton with Sheath is made out of 4130 seamless alloy steel tubing with thermoplastic polyester elastomer overlay.

The baton has a black anti-reflective powder coating.

The hardness is HRC 46-47.

The baton comes with a black nylon belt sheath.
