The Maxpedition Web Dominator is designed primarily to manage floppy excess webbing on backpack shoulder straps once they are tightened, but can also be used to secure small items (hydration pack hose for example) to MOLLE webbing.

Designed primarily to manage the floppy excess webbing on backpack shoulder straps once they are tightened.

Simply install the Web Dominator on end of strap, roll/fold it up, and engage the shock (bungee) cord.

Also excellent on backpack sternum straps to position hydration drink tube.
