The contents of a 35.6 grams (1.25 oz) Pouch will burn for approximately 14-15 minutes, long enough to boil water, to heat an MRE and to make a hot cup of coffee. Boil a 236 ml (8 oz.) Cup of Water in approximately 3 1/2 minutes with a 1.25 oz Package.
Utility Flame Gel burns with a smokeless, blue flame and produces no odour.
