The Wusthof 20 cm Chef Knife, Model 4562/20 is a Knife is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in it's ability to aid in a variety of tasks in the kitchen of the Gourmet Chef. From cubing to cutting, slicing to chopping, accept no substitute to a Wusthof Chef's Knife.
 
Every Wusthof knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.
 
The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
 
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, the blade is incredibly sharp and is easily re-sharpened.
 
Each Wusthof knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The knives are dishwasher safe.
