Knife Description:
The Wusthof Classic Ikon 12 cm Utility Knife is the most versatile of all Parers: for mincing shallots, onions and herbs as well as cleaning and cutting vegetables -- all easily accomplished with the comfortable grip and razor-sharp hardened stainless steel edge.
The skillfully honed by hand blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Completely buffed and polished by hand, the new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged out of a single piece of Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium Steel and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
The Classic Ikon Range was designed to marry style and functionality from Handle to Tip. The 2/3rd bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the blade.
The ultra-smooth Polypropylene Handle offers durability, resisting cracking and warping, while curving gently to nestle snugly in the user’s hand. To promote greater control, the balanced bolster contributes to safety and strength.
The handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
