This Wüsthof Classic Ikon 3-piece Knife Set is comprised of a 20 cm Chef’s knife, a 20 cm Carving Knife and a 9 cm Paring Knife from the Classic Ikon Collection.
A stunning starters set with three frequently used kitchen knives. Whether you need to cut meat, fish, fruit, vegetables or herbs: with these top-quality knives it will be a piece of cake! The 20cm Cook's Knife will be used on every cooking day. Detail work is the domain of the little Paring Knife and the Carving Knife will make the Cook look good on those specials occasions that feature a roast, turkey or a crusty, homemade loaf that needs to be treated right.
All Blades are skillfully honed by hand, are incredibly sharp and are easily re-sharpened. Completely buffed and polished by hand, the new Wusthof PEtec Edge is fully forged out of a single piece of X50 Cr Mo 15 Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium Steel and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
The Classic Ikon Range was designed to marry style and functionality from Handle to Tip. The 2/3rd Bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the Blade.
The Handle is made of a highly durable synthetic material called Polyoxymethylene, which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The Handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang. The elegant shape of the handle is designed for a comfortable grip.
To promote greater control, the balanced Bolster contributes to safety and strength.
Each Wusthof Ikon Knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
