Knife Description:

The Wusthof 4582/20, 20 cm Chef's Knife is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in it's ability to aid in a variety of tasks in the kitchen of the Gourmet Chef.

The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.

Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
