The Salmon Knife comes with a 30 cm flexible, fluted High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power.
 
This professional Salmon Knife comes with a genuine ergonomic Rosewood Handle for superior grip and comfort, with the oils of the timber creating natural antiseptic properties. Its triple riveted Handle ensures a strong and secure construction.
