A premium quality range of knives for the fishing industry as well as for the recreational fisherman. Victory fish knives are renowned for their performance, durability and corrosion resistance.
All Victory knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of imported Japanese High Carbon Steel.
The 15 cm Stainless Steel Straight Boning Blade is flat ground and has a Rockwell Hardness of 54-56 HRC. It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved edge retention.
All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.
Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
