Victorinox’s 7” Black Fibrox® Western Skinning Knife features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest skinning jobs will be handled easily. This knife would make an excellent Beef Skinner.
 
The Victorinox Fibrox Skinning Knife comes with an 18 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power.
 
The patented black Fibrox® Handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet.
 
All Victorinox Fibrox® Knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
