Victorinox’s 12” Cimeter Steak Knife features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily.
 
The Victorinox Steak Knife comes with a 31 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power
 
An excellent alternative to the Butcher knife, Victorinox’s 12” Cimeter Knife (40539) is perfect for cutting and trimming steaks and other large pieces of meat. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to give it a wider break point. This helps the blade resist fracturing and creates less friction when slicing, making the large knife easy to wield.
 
The Cimeter comes with a Wooden Handle. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider breakpoint, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.
