The Victorinox 10 cm Vegetable Knife is a versatile Parer which is designed to fashion the most perfect slices of your favourite small fruits and vegetables. The pointed blade will produce decorative cuts for your food arrangements and it is ideal for garnishing with small ingredients. Excellent for peeling potatoes and fruits.

Each Victorinox knife is world renowned for its sharpness and is manufactured in Switzerland by skilled Caftsmen.

The Victorinox Special tempering process used will enable to resharpen the knife over and over again.

Each Victorinox knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.

The Victorinox Polypropylene (PP) Nylon Handles are hygienic, dishwasher safe and slip-resistant.
