Use the t4d with the included Suunto Dual Comfort Belt to monitor your real-time heart rate or calorie consumption, or to calculate your real-time Training Effect to see if you are training at an optimal level. If your schedule suddenly changes, Suunto Coach adapts by making a new plan that will advise you which days to train and how, as well as when to rest.
Interference-free digital ANT transmission helps you monitor your training with precision. You can also use this secure connection to monitor your speed, distance, or cadence by pairing your t4d with an optional POD.
View your personal stats in the training logbook to help you follow your progress and reach your targets, or conduct a more thorough analysis of your workouts through Suunto Training Manager Lite software (optional accessory with PC POD).
