The Cold Steel Bushman Bowie Knife is an amazing knife. Weighing in 270 grams, with a Blade Length of 18 cm, this is a good knife to have on the HikingTrail.

It’s a good All Around Knife because it’s not only honed to a fine edge, it’s just plain tough! If there’s one knife you don’t want to leave at home when you’re outdoors, this is it.

For the money, the Cold Steel Bushman Survival Knife might be one of the strongest Survival/Outdoor knives in the world! Unlike most hollow handled Survival Knives, there is no joint or seam between the blade and handle that requires a mechanical fastener.

Instead, the Bushman's Bowie Blade and integral handle is expertly cold forged out of a single piece of 2.6 mm thick SK-5 High Carbon Steel.

The hollow handle will accept survival supplies or a variety of handle extensions which can maximize reach and leverage.

A Ferrocerium Fire Steel is included with this Cold Steel Knife and practically stores in the Kydex Sheath.

The knife also comes complete with a Kydex Survival Sheath with Belt Clip and Firestarter.
