Just like your favorite all-in-one tool, the Sun Guide Cap meets rugged conditions head-on with its versatility.

The Cap features our Convertible Ventilation™ System, an extra-wide folding Clamshell Brim™, and a wicking Sweatband. The ultra-lightweight Microfiber Cape is ventilated for Airflow, can be worn in multiple configurations, and detaches from the cap when you’re ready to kick back and reflect on another day well spent in the great NZ Outdoors.

Sizing Chart Guide Cap:
 
  • Medium: 21 1/2" – 23 1/2" or  54.6 – 59.7 cm
  • Large: 22 1/2" – 24 1/2" or  57.1 – 62.2 cm

We design our hats and caps to fit almost anyone’s head comfortably.

To measure for a hat, circle the crown of the headwithstring or dental floss, above the eyebrows and ears.

Measure the length of string on a ruler and compare to the size ranges listed in the hat description—there’s your size! When you receive your hat, loosen or tighten the adjustable sizing as necessary for your custom fit. Wearing the hat slightly above eyebrows and ears will allow clear front and peripheral vision.
