Knife Description:
The Wusthof Classic Ikon 26 cm Super Slicer Knife is a true professional Bread and Pastry knife that will make cutting and slicing so astonishingly easy. Make easy work of all types of bread and pastry without squeezing it.
The 26 cm serrated Blade offers extra width and will make it the 1st choice for the large country size loaf. This knife also works wonderfully for taking the rind off of watermelon or peeling pineapple.
The Blades are skilfully honed by hand, are incredibly sharp and are easily re-sharpened. Completely buffed and polished by hand, the new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged out of a single piece of Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium Steel and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
The Classic Ikon Range was designed to marry style and functionality from Handle to Tip. The 2/3rd Bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the blade.
The ultra-smooth Polypropylene Handle offers durability, resisting cracking and warping, while curving gently to nestle snugly in the user’s hand. To promote greater control, the balanced bolster contributes to safety and strength.
The handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
