The Wusthof Chinese Chef’s Knife 4686/18 cm is shaped like a cleaver but is not suitable for cutting through bones. It chops and slices vegetables, fruits, herbs and meats with record speed and unprecedented precision. Unlike any other blade on the market, the edge is angled on both sides for quickest, easiest slicing and chopping.
 
The Wusthof Classic Chinese Chef Knife comes with an 18 cm Blade manufactured out of no-stain X50 Cr Mo 15 Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium Steel.
 
The Wusthof 8” – 20 cm Chef's Knife is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in it's ability to aid in a variety of tasks in the kitchen of the Gourmet Chef. From cubing to cutting, slicing to chopping, accept no substitute to the Wusthof Chef's Knife.
 
The Multi-purpose Kitchen Scissors for all the daily awkward incisive tasks in the kitchen and about the house. From snipping fresh herbs, cutting flowers, fins, paper and twines, kitchen shears are essential helpers in every kitchen. These powerful multipurpose shears are extremely light and perfect to handle.
 
Special formula stainless steel combined with unbreakable, fiberglass-reinforced (FRN) synthetic handles. The scissors have an easy come-apart mechanism for easy cleaning. The integrated bottle opener opens tight screw tops.
 
Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
 
The Classic black Handles are made of Synthetic Material – Hostaform-C triple riveted seamless to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit. The Signature finger guard feature accounts for the heft.
 
Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened.
 
Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
 
Computer controlled grinding and polishing procedures result in precise tapering from bolster to tip and from back to edge. Completely buffed and polished by hand
