The Tops Turley 23 Knife is manufactured by one of the premier American Manufacturers, TOPS, who make some top quality Gear.
Designed by Terry Barney, former U.S.A.F. S.E.R.E Instructor (now called S.E.R.E. Specialist) and owner of the Midwest School of Bushcraft. Terry worked closely with Iz Turley to bring his idea to a working reality. He is also the creator of free woodsman classes.
The Turley & TOPS PSK #23 is a versatile Personal Survival Kit that features a Neck Knife made from 1095 High Carbon Steel.
The Turley PSK 23 Skeletonized Fixed Blade Knife sports a 3.8 cm Drop-Point Blade and measures 9.5 cm overall.
It is a one-piece 1095 High Carbon Steel Construction with black traction coating and skeletonized Handle. This blade is small, but made to fit comfortably in hand and perform the basics. This is ideal for cutting, scraping, splitting, and puncturing and would act very well as a small spear tip, or as a scraper for a ferro rod.
