About Mora:
The town of Mora in Sweden has been a center of knife making for many centuries. The naturally superior Swedish steel, combined with skilled craftsmanship, resulted in knives that became famous for their ability to hold a superior edge and sharpen easily.
In fishing, sporting, hunting, survival, and tradesman circles, Mora knives are well known for their superior ability to cut, chop, carve, clean and fillet.
Knife Description:
The Mora #510 is back! This was one of the top selling Mora knives in North America. Apparently it didn’t do as well in Sweden, because it was discontinued in favour of the #511 a few years ago.
The Morakniv Craftline 510 Clip-Point Knife comes with a high-quality High Carbon Steel Clip-Point Blade which measures 9.5 cm. The Knife has a 20.7 cm overall Length and comes absolutely razor sharp and ready for use.
The knife has a Rockwell Hardness of 57-58 which gives the knife extreme strength, long life and high resistance to moisture.
The Mora 510 Craftline Knife comes complete with a tough, ergonomic black ABS Plastic Handle.
Comes with a black injection-molded black ABS Plastic Sheath with a plastic Belt Loop and a bottom Drain Hole.
This knife would also make a good hunting knife for removing the excretory tract of game animals such as deer.
