The Frosts Mora wide Boning Knife comes with a 17.5 cm rigid Blade which is manufactured out of high quality cold-rolled 12C27M Swedish Stainless Steel for ultimate strength and excellent sharpness.
The Mora Boner has an ergonomically designed patterned, double-molded high-friction black Progrip Rubber Handle with a patterned structure suitable for wet conditions. The handle gives a good grip even during the messy work.
This knife could also be used as a stiff Fish Filleting Knife.
