Defendme™ Description:
Did you know?
In the U.S. every 2 minutes, someone is sexually assaulted. Almost 20% of women have been the victim of sexual assault. Over 650 women are sexually assaulted every day.
defendme™ is a Personal Alarm featuring a siren to maximize attention to yourself when needed for self defense. The compact design allows defendme™ to be easily carried on a key ring, purse, backpack, etc.
Easy to Use:
To activate the alarm, pull the lanyard looped to the half circle ring away from the alarm. The 120 dB siren will sound. To stop the alarm, place the half circle ring back into the alarm until it snaps into place. It is recommended that defendme be tested periodically to ensure battery performance. To replace, remove cover and insert a new battery.
The alarm sound has a duration of 30 consecutive minutes in total. The stand-by-time is up to 6 months. When the alarm sound goes weak, please replace the batteries with new one.
Recommendation:
The purpose is to be prepared in case of aggression, so take defendme™ wherever you go. It is recommended to carry the personal alarm when walking or running alone, entering isolated buildings, hallways, elevators, parking lots, public restrooms, dark places, etc.
