Product Description:
This DuoSharp® Bench Stone features two sides of interrupted diamond surface sharpening and is the ideal benchstone for the shop or kitchen, especially when paired with the DuoBase™.
The 20 cm length is perfect for chisels, plane irons, chef knives - practically any tool. While providing a generous sharpening surface, it is engineered to be rugged, lightweight and compact - great on the jobsite!
The 8" DuoSharp®plus™ Configuration features a 2" continuous zone of DMT® diamond for small and pointed tools such as woodcarving gouges and engravers.
After sharpening an edge with coarser diamond grits, achieve the ultimate sharp edge with DMTs Fine (600 Mesh / 25 Micron) and Extra Fine (1200 Mesh / 9 Micron) double-sided Duo-Sharp® Bench Stone.
The DMT’s Duo-Sharp® precision engineered diamond surface will stay flat throughout all your sharpening requirements without hollowing, chipping or cracking. .
Sharpening with diamonds is fast and easy. No messy oils needed sharpen with soapy water. Its durable construction will provide years of consistent performance and reliable service.
Comes with 4 little adhesive rubber feet to glue under the DuoBase Support. The Duo Base adds comfortable height to your stone, allowing for less back strain provides 5 cm knuckle clearance and features a handle on the underside for hand-held sharpening.
The Benchstone’s size is 203 x 67 and it weighs 514 grams complete with Base.
