About Claude Dozorme Knives:
The home of the globally famous Laguiole knives is in Thiers, a small French town in the region of Auvergne, which has been renowned for cutlery for over 500 years.
 
For generations, the elegant knives with the bee, the heraldic animal of Napoleon have been manufactured in Thiers in various versions and designs. They were initially inspired by folding knives from Andalusia.
 
Founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme, called The Wolf, the Claude Dozorme brand is the signature of a long and up-to-date family tradition. The Claude Dozorme factory continues to create some of the world’s most daring and avant-garde Cutlery.
 
Today Laguiole Knives have even become an expression of the French Lifestyle.

Among the numerous Thiers manufacturers, knifemaker Claude Dozorme has acquired an excellent international reputation. The Laguiole Knives will impress you with the exclusive choice of materials, high quality processing and their attention to detail.
 
The black Teflon coated Blade of this very thin and light knife for every-day use with a very fancy design is manufactured from X50CrMoV15 Stainless Steel and is engaged by a Linerlock.
 
The black Stainless Steel Handle Scales give the knife a particularly refined and elegant appeal.
 
Comes with a black Stainless Steel Pocket or Belt Clip.
