Knife Description:

The Akeron Ekinox offers an upscale fixed Blade Design for hunting and outdoor use. The Ekinox is the model that created Akeron's reputation.

This Ekinox V3 Fixed Blade Knife is outfitted with Ziricote Wood Handle Scales and a Stonewash finished Bohler N690 Stainless Steel Blade. The full tang blade has a vacuum and cryogenic heat treatment for a high-performance edge. The Blade has a hardness of 60 on the Rockwell scale.

An improved 440C, BOHLER N690 is a conventionally produced Chromium Stainless Steel with high hardness, wear-resistance and good corrosion resistance in the hardened and tempered condition.
