The Victorinox Swiss Army EvoWood 17 Knife is an original piece of functional art, with distinctive handles made from Swiss walnut. Victorinox works to exacting standards of sustainability and these new products, which are "grown" in Switzerland, demonstrate the innovative ways in which manufacturers can approach production to help conservation.
The handles for each of these pocket knives are constructed from sustainable top quality walnut using what would otherwise be waste material from other production processes. The natural walnut, which is durable for light outdoor use, is colored in a rich dark stain to create individual shades and grain patterns in each knife, making every product truly unique.
The Evowood Pocket Knife is a multipurpose device or tool; not just a knife. It has of course a knife blade and much more. The Evowood 17 comes with a 6.3 cm Blade for cutting, Spring-Less Scissors, Double-Cut Wood Saw, Cap Lifter with large Flat Blade Screwdriver, Wire Stripper, Can Opener with small Flat Head Screwdriver, Nail File, Nail Cleaner, Corkscrew, Reamer, Awl and an Attachment Key Ring.
