The Wusthof Classic Ikon 23 cm Cook’s Knife is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in it's ability to aid in a variety of tasks in the kitchen. From cubing to cutting, slicing to chopping, accept no substitute for a Wusthof Classic Ikon Chef’s Knife.
The skillfully honed by hand blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened.
Completely buffed and polished by hand, the new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged out of a single piece of Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium Steel and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
The Classic Ikon Range was designed to marry style and functionality from Handle to Tip. The 2/3rd bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the blade.
The ultra-smooth Polypropylene Handle offers durability, resisting cracking and warping, while curving gently to nestle snugly in the user’s hand. To promote greater control, the balanced bolster contributes to safety and strength. The handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
