The Wusthof Classic 26 cm Ham Slicer 4530/26 cm Slicer is the ultimate specialty knife designed solely for the paper-thin slicing of delicate cut of Ham. This 10-in. Ham Slicer is designed for large ham roasts that require a longer blade and it's thin Blade allows you to get juicy, thin slices of meat. Great for pre-cutting your meats ahead. Makes for wonderful sandwiches.
The Ham Slicing knife has the perfect shape and balance for safe and effortless cutting. It is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
